• Immimem only reads your email and Drive. It never sends, changes or deletes anything in them.
• It reads the content of an email or file only when it belongs to one of your clients, or when you add it to a chat.
• What it keeps from your clients’ emails and files is stored in Canada.
• We do not sell your data.

You can connect one Gmail account and one Google Drive account. Immimem asks for read access only. The keys that let it read are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect an account at any time in Setup.

For every email and file in a connected account, we keep one line: the sender, recipients, subject and date of an email, and the name and folder of a file. This line lets you pick what belongs to a client.

When an email or file belongs to one of your clients, or you add it to a chat, Immimem reads it once and keeps a text copy of its words. It also keeps the facts it finds in it, and what it needs to search it. This lets Immimem answer fast and show the line each answer came from. The original email or file stays in your account, as it was.

We also keep your account details, your clients’ pages, your chats, what Immimem writes for you, and the files you add to a chat.

Immimem runs in Toronto. Your account, your clients’ pages, your chats, the files you add and the text Immimem keeps from your clients’ emails and files are stored in a database in Canada.

We share data only with the services Immimem needs to work:

• AI models, through OpenRouter, read each email and file of a client in full, once, to keep its text. They read it again to answer your questions. These models may run outside Canada.
• Sentry, in the European Union, records errors. It may hold the text of a message and its reply.
• Resend sends the emails Immimem sends to you, such as the link that confirms your email address.

We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

Immimem helps you prepare your work. It does not replace your review. Every answer and draft asks you to check it before you use it, and you decide what goes to your client or to IRCC.
